Bill Husker,[p]Basically, you can marinade/rub as desired. Some use a simple salt/pepper/garlic spears. Sear, then cook 350-400 unti internal temp reaches 'doneness' level desired.[p]GOOD EATS![p]

I season with DPs raising the steaks. I cook direct at about 450/500 to an internal temp of 135 for medium. I turn a few tomes so it doesn't burn. Good luck, Tom
